Currently, Jana serves as a Marketing & Operations Coordinator. She manages multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments, ensuring no task is left undone.

Jana's leadership extends beyond the professional sphere. As former President of two multicultural organizations during her academic career, she fostered a supportive environment for members and forged strategic partnerships, promoting growth and collaboration.

Jana's dedication to service is exemplified by being a three-time gold medalist of the President’s Volunteer Service Award, presented by former president Barack Obama.
